Description

The Machine brand launch was a collaborative effort between myself and fellow graphic designer Jazz. Together, we worked closely with our client to develop a cohesive brand identity and launch strategy for the activewear retailer, Machine. As part of the launch, a range of promotional materials were designed, including a Shopify website, animations, banners, social media content, and provided assistance with clothing designs.

Design Direction

The icon was designed as a bold, versatile symbol for the brand, ensuring it was easily recognisable while maintaining flexibility for use across both print and digital multimedia.

The typography served as a key element, capturing the dynamic, fast-paced nature of sports and exercise through aggressively slanted lettering that conveys energy and momentum.

Motion graphics and animations played an integral role in the brand’s identity, emphasising the themes of movement and vitality. The icon reinforced this concept, seamlessly transforming into various forms associated with exercise in promotional materials.
